About the name

The word "tsukurun" was coined by adding "~n," a Joshu dialect word used when inviting someone to do something, to the word "tsukurun," which indicates a place for creativity, as well as linking the word and the sequence of letters with "tsulunos," Gunma Prefecture's video and broadcasting studio, and "NETSUGEN," a public-private co-creation space on the 32nd floor of Gunma Prefecture Office.
